COVID-19 RESPONSE

Our goal during the COVID-19 pandemic – and every emergency – is to protect the health and well-being of our partners, families and communities.


CORPORATE TRAVEL

In an effort to keep everyone safe, we restricted all non-essential business travel and cancelled in-person events. We moved all training and necessary events to virtual platforms.


MEDICAL SUPPORT
& ACCOMODATIONS

We empowered our leaders to be flexible, especially for associates at higher risk for complications from the virus, those who have family members at higher risk and those who face challenges related to childcare.


REMOTE
WORKING

To reduce risk, we moved most of our partners based out of our headquarter locations to primarily work from home. A limited number of associates continue to work from headquarters. Our local offices continue to work onsite.

MANAGING THROUGH UNCERTAINTY

We continue to follow guidance from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Public Health Agency of Canada as well as local health authorities, public health orders, research, experts and our regulators. We are taking a variety of precautionary measures and we remain focused on the health and safety of our partners, their families, clients and communities.
