- Enable ACERTified during TMS order placement on a per-order basis
- Designate a pickup release agent
- At pickup, the release agent accesses a secure, live verification portal
- A one-time text code is sent to the assigned driver
- The driver verbally confirms the code & release agent confirms
- The system validates the match and authorizes vehicle release
- Once verified, the pickup is digitally confirmed—giving all parties confidence and clarity
