How long does it take to deliver a vehicle?

The time to delivery depends on the distance of the shipment but due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, and construction, we can only provide estimates for pickup and delivery
times when shipping a car.

Below are estimates based on mileage:

• 0-200 miles: 3 Days
• 201-500 miles: 3.5 Days
• 501-700 miles: 4.5 Days
• 701-900 miles: 5.5 Days
• 901-110 miles: 6 Days
• 1101-1300 miles: 6.5 Days
• 1301-1700 miles: 7 Days
• 1701-2000 miles: 7.5 Days
• 2000+ miles: 8.5 Days

Is my vehicle insured during transport?

ACERTUS offers comprehensive liability and contingent cargo-insurance on all transports. Read

Who do I contact if I have an issue before or during transport?

If you experience issues with the Carketa platform, please contact Carketa support at (855) 955-1254.

If you experience issues with your shipment, please contact ACERTUS at (855) 431-6570.

How do I see the status of my shipment?

In the Carketa transportation section you can see all of your cars in the transportation process and their current status.

Can I track my shipment?

You can see the current status of the vehicle inside Carketa. The various statuses are: In-Route,
Available for Pickup, Delivered, and Canceled

Is ACERTUS willing to pay the auction fee if the carrier came too late to pick up my vehicle?

ACERTUS is not responsible for missed pickup fees or similar storage charges. In the event of a
missed pickup, call the auction, have your order number just in case the auction asks, and tell the
auction that you have secured transportation from ACERTUS. The auction will typically put a hold
on your account, so you’re not charged and do not incur any extra fees.

Do I get discounts for shipping more than one car?

Yes, the discounts are:

• 2-3 vehicles: 10% off
• 4-5 vehicles: 15% off
• 5+ vehicles: 20% off

Can I send an ACH payment instead of my credit card?

Not at this time, Carketa currently only offers Google pay and credit card but ACH bank
transfers are coming soon!

Can I use my own transportation company?

Not within the Carketa platform, we exclusively partner with ACERTUS for shipping.

Can I ship directly from my dealership to a residence?


Yes, you can have vehicles delivered straight
from the dealership to your customer’s driveway.
When placing an order on Carketa, just select
“Residential” as the destination type and
provide the customer’s address
